Jeeny is a mobile application that eases daily commuting and transportation. By connecting you with your preferred mode of transportation, we are fulfilling our aim of making mobility accessible, affordable, and flexible for all.
We are a joint venture between MEIG (Middle East Internet Group), Rocket Internet, and IMENA. Jeeny was established in 2014 as Easy Taxi. However, in 2016, it was revamped as Jeeny to cater to other services. Currently, we are operational in Saudi Arabia and Jordan.
We have offices in Riyadh, Jeddah, Madinah, Dammam, Khobar, Amman, Lahore, and Karachi.
About the Role:
As a Growth Analyst - Insights & Analytics, you will be a key contributor to the commercial team, helping to fuel our marketplace expansion. You’ll serve as the bridge between raw data and business strategy, turning complex numbers into clear recommendations that improve ROI. Working alongside Marketing, Product, and Operations, you will help optimize CRM initiatives by tracking performance and analyzing growth spend. Your insights will be essential in ensuring our marketing budget and incentives are used efficiently to support sustainable growth.
Responsibilities:
CRM Strategy & Lifecycle Management
- Lifecycle Campaign Development: Support the execution of lifecycle campaigns for passengers, including onboarding, activation, reactivation, and retention across multiple channels (in-app, push, email, SMS).
- Segmentation & Personalization: Assist in building and maintaining user segments to help tailor messaging, incentives, and engagement experiences.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor CRM performance metrics, prepare reports, and help translate insights into recommendations for improving campaign effectiveness and engagement.
- Continuous experimentation: Assist with A/B testing and basic journey experiments to understand what drives engagement, activation, and retention across the marketplace.
- Touch True Marketplace Levers: Analyze key marketplace metrics, identifying friction points and opportunities to improve acquisition, activation, reactivation and retention.
- Advanced Analytics: Support basic funnel analysis and conversion tracking across user and partner journeys to help improve lifecycle performance.
- Incrementality Testing: Assist in cohort and incrementality analyses to understand campaign impact and user behavior over time.
- Data to Strategy: Help synthesize data insights into clear summaries and presentations to support decision-making by senior team members.
- Playbook Creation: Contribute to documentation of learnings from experiments and campaigns, helping build internal best practices and growth playbooks.
Forecasting Models & Predictive Analytics

Build intelligent forecasting models to predict marketplace trends: from active users and engaged partners to trip demand, retention rates, and incentive efficiency - enabling smarter, faster growth decisions.
- Turn predictions into strategy: empowering teams to act proactively, drive sustainable growth, and keep the marketplace ahead of shifting behaviors and competitive dynamics.
Automation & Scalability

Assist in maintaining automated CRM workflows, lifecycle triggers, and dashboards.
- Work closely with Product, Data, and Growth teams to support reporting, experimentation, and campaign execution.
- Help document and standardize CRM and analytics processes to improve efficiency across markets.
Budget Management:

Assist in tracking CRM and incentive spend and reporting performance against budgets.
- Support team OKRs through reporting, documentation, and coordination, while actively learning and developing growth and analytics skills.
Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Analytics, Economics, or a quantitative discipline.
- At least 0-2 years experience in an analytical role dealing with large volumes of data.
- Exposure to pricing, discounts, or marketplace/on-demand business models is a plus, especially in mobility, e-commerce, or platform environments
- Basic understanding of statistics and experimentation concepts (A/B testing, metrics, KPIs)
- Strong SQL and Excel skills. Experience with Python or R is a plus
- Experience with some BI tools and data visualization like Tableau, Power BI or Looker
- Exposure to CRM or marketing automation tools (e.g., Braze, Salesforce, HubSpot, Clevertap) is a plus
- Excellent communication skills; able to present insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders
