About the Role:
This role is responsible for driving growth and market expansion of sustainability-related products and solutions within the Industrial Asset Management portfolio. The Growth Architect plays a strategic role in customer acquisition, brand positioning, and partnership development through data-driven digital marketing, ecosystem engagement, and growth experimentation.
Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies tailored to sustainability products, aligning with business goals and market dynamics.

Lead multi-channel digital campaigns including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media to drive demand generation and customer engagement.

Analyze customer behavior and campaign performance using advanced analytics tools, translating insights into actionable strategies.

Position the brand effectively by crafting a compelling narrative and ensuring consistent messaging across channels and touchpoints.

Represent the business in key industry forums and conferences to promote thought leadership and brand visibility.

Build strategic alliances and partnerships to support expansion, co-marketing initiatives, and new market entries.

Manage growth-related budgets and optimize ROI through continuous experimentation and KPI tracking.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.

8+ years in growth marketing, digital business development, or related roles.

Strong understanding of the GCC market and sustainability domains.

Proficiency in analytics platforms, marketing automation tools, and AI-driven customer segmentation.
