Job Overview:

We are looking for a Growth Associate to help drive Sintov’s customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies. The ideal candidate is data-oriented, analytical, and passionate about discovering new growth opportunities through digital and strategic channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and test new growth channels to drive lead generation and conversions.
• Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to design and execute campaigns that improve brand visibility and engagement.
• Monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) and analyze campaign data to optimize performance.
• Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitor activities, and potential partnerships.
• Develop and manage content and outreach strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Work closely with the product and design teams to enhance user experience and conversion funnels.
• Report on weekly and monthly growth performance and provide actionable insights.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in growth, digital marketing, or business development roles.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or CRM systems.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• A data-driven mindset with creativity to test new ideas.
• Knowledge of social media, email marketing, and paid campaign management is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
