Creative Solutions is expanding its network and seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Growth Associates.

This role is ideal for individuals interested in entrepreneurship, networking, business development, and helping creators and small businesses grow. Growth Associates help introduce founders, entrepreneurs, creators, and small business owners to opportunities within the Creative Solutions ecosystem.

Creative Solutions operates at the intersection of technology, entrepreneurship, and creator communities, working with partners, coworking environments, and development programs designed to help individuals turn ideas into real opportunities.

Position Overview

Growth Associates are responsible for building relationships, identifying opportunities, and connecting individuals with resources that support business development and growth.

Associates work with team leaders and specialists to help guide qualified individuals through the opportunity pipeline and connect them with programs and resources that support their goals.

These opportunities may include:

  • startup incubator and development programs
  • coworking and collaborative workspace opportunities
  • creator and entrepreneur communities
  • business strategy and funding consultations
  • mentorship and project development opportunities

Responsibilities

  • Initiate conversations with creators, entrepreneurs, founders, and small businesses
  • Identify individuals who may benefit from programs and opportunities in the Creative Solutions ecosystem
  • Conduct short introductory calls to understand goals and interests
  • Schedule follow-up strategy meetings with leadership or specialists
  • Maintain organized records of outreach and opportunity development activity
  • Help build and maintain a consistent opportunity pipeline

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable speaking with new people and building professional relationships
  • Interest in entrepreneurship, business development, or creator communities
  • Self-motivated and organized
  • Previous experience in sales, networking, marketing, or entrepreneurship is helpful but not required

Compensation

This role offers performance-based earning opportunities in addition to the hourly compensation listed for the position.

Many associates develop significant income potential as they gain experience and build their networks.

Training and Support
