As an early-stage robotics company, we are building a lean, AI-augmented go-to-market engine to reach B2B buyers across industries such as universities, logistics, industrial operations, security, research, and facilities. Role Summary
We are seeking a smart, resourceful, and highly motivated Marketing & Growth Associate to help build Zetta Robotics’ marketing engine.
This role is ideal for someone who is excited about B2B marketing, growth, content, messaging, and demand generation in a fast-growing robotics company. You will help drive awareness, generate qualified interest, improve messaging, support outbound campaigns, and strengthen Zetta Robotics’ digital presence across channels.
This is not a quota-carrying sales role. The focus is on marketing, growth, content, positioning, campaign execution, and demand generation that support the commercial pipeline.
We are open to recent graduates and early-career candidates who demonstrate strong communication skills, creativity, curiosity, execution ability, and genuine interest in robotics, AI, and emerging technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Help build and execute Zetta Robotics’ marketing and demand generation strategy for B2B audiences
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, HubSpot AI, Clay, Apollo, Surfer SEO, and similar platforms to improve content creation, prospect research, outreach workflows, and campaign execution
- Draft, refine, and optimize marketing copy for email campaigns, LinkedIn posts, website pages, landing pages, one-pagers, and sales collateral
- Support use-case-driven content development for key customer segments such as universities, research labs, logistics, industrial operations, security, and facilities
- Create and manage marketing workflows that improve efficiency, consistency, and speed across content and campaign production
- Test AI-assisted approaches to lead generation, audience segmentation, message variation, campaign iteration, and funnel support
Content, Positioning & Digital Presence
- Help improve website messaging, product positioning, and conversion-oriented content
- Support SEO-driven blog content, educational materials, product explainers, case study drafts, and use-case pages
- Assist with LinkedIn content strategy and content production to strengthen Zetta Robotics’ visibility and credibility
- Help create presentation materials, demo support content, and trade show collateral
- Conduct competitor, market, and customer research to inform messaging and campaign priorities
- Turn technical product information into clear, compelling, buyer-friendly language
Marketing Support for Pipeline Generation
- Support outbound campaign preparation with target account research, messaging drafts, and audience list development
- Work closely with business development and leadership to improve lead quality, campaign relevance, and follow-up effectiveness
- Track content and campaign performance, identify patterns, and suggest improvements
- Help organize, document, and maintain marketing assets, messaging frameworks, and growth experiments
- Contribute ideas for improving inbound interest, demo requests, awareness, and qualified lead flow
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 0–3 years of experience in marketing, growth, communications, content, partnerships, operations, or a related field
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Strong interest in AI tools, automation, B2B marketing, and emerging technology
- Ability to learn quickly and turn ideas into clear execution
- Strong research skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a startup environment with changing priorities and limited structure
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects at once
Preferred
- Internship, project, freelance, or work experience involving content creation, email marketing, growth campaigns, digital marketing, community building, or startup marketing
- Familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, Canva, Notion, Surfer SEO, Webflow, or similar platforms
- Experience writing LinkedIn posts, email sequences, blog drafts, landing page copy, website messaging, or sales enablement materials
- Interest in robotics, industrial technology, automation, AI, or B2B hardware
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools thoughtfully rather than superficially
