Position Overview:

Kodifly is seeking a Growth Associate to support our global expansion through strategic outreach, market development, and sales optimization. This role bridges business development and growth strategy, focusing on building and managing sales funnels, driving go-to-market execution, and maintaining strong client relationships to support Kodifly’s commercial objectives.

The ideal candidate is a proactive, data-driven, and globally minded professional who can identify opportunities, optimize growth processes, and collaborate cross-functionally to accelerate market traction.

Key Responsibilities: Global Outreach & Business Development

  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential global clients across infrastructure, geospatial, and smart city sectors.

  • Develop outreach strategies to expand Kodifly’s presence across new markets and partnerships.

  • Engage with prospects through tailored communication and presentations to create new business leads.

  • Support regional and global business development initiatives through effective stakeholder coordination.

Sales Funnel Management & Growth Operations

  • Build, manage, and optimize the sales funnel from lead generation to deal closure using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

  • Track, analyze, and report on key growth metrics to inform strategic decision-making.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align inbound and outbound lead generation efforts with sales goals.

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and pipeline activities to ensure visibility and accountability across teams.

Client Relationship Management

  • Support the onboarding and relationship management of key clients and partners.

  • Serve as a point of contact for ongoing client communication, ensuring alignment on project goals and deliverables.

  • Collect client feedback to inform product and service improvements, strengthening long-term partnerships.

  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials tailored to client needs.

Growth Strategy & Go-To-Market Execution

  • Contribute to the development and execution of Kodifly’s go-to-market strategy, including market entry and expansion plans.

  • Work closely with leadership to identify high-potential verticals and refine positioning strategies.

  • Support marketing and product teams in translating growth insights into actionable campaigns and messaging.

  • Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to uncover new growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in growth, business development, or sales operations, preferably in a B2B tech or start up environment.

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities; comfortable engaging with clients globally.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) and data-driven sales reporting.

  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growth and continuous learning.

Preferred:

  • Experience in global markets or cross-border client engagement.

  • Understanding of smart infrastructure, AI, or geospatial technologies.

  • Exposure to go-to-market planning or start up growth strategies.
