SUMMARY

Acorn IT Services is looking for a business development manager's who focuses on driving company growth by identifying new business opportunities and developing growth strategies with the owners of the company. Key responsibilities include researching target markets and bidding portals, creating and pitching sales proposals, RFP responses and pricing the contracts to increase revenue and expand the client base.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify new opportunities: Constantly and daily search on portals and other platforms to identify new RFPs.
  • Research prospective accounts in targeted markets, pursuing leads and constructing agreements.
  • Lead sales and marketing efforts: Prepare RFP responses, write proposals, and collaborate with owners on pricing and sales strategy.
  • Collaborate internally: Work with marketing, sales, and product teams to align on growth objectives.
  • Develop strong understanding of company products or services as well as business position and competition to keep Acorn competitive.
  • Assess Acorn's target market and develop strategies to gain new clients.

KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • MSP IT Market and industry knowledge: Understanding of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Project management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Technical skills: Proficiency with tools like CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Strategic thinking: Ability to analyze business situations and develop effective growth strategies.

EDUCATION

Bachelor's in Computer Science or MBA

Pay: Rs231,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
