Summit K12 is seeking a Growth Content Marketing Manager to lead our efforts in driving organic growth through strategic content development, SEO execution, and cross-channel distribution. In this role, you will create high-impact content that aligns with our brand goals, manage and optimize our organic social presence, and leverage performance data to refine strategies for maximum results. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical - a storyteller who can craft compelling content while using data-driven insights to scale impact and deliver measurable growth.SEO Strategy & Execution:
Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO best practices.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure SEO is baked into all content efforts.
Monitor site performance and organic growth via tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs.
Content Creation:
Plan, write, and edit a variety of content types, including blog posts, landing pages, whitepapers, case studies, and video scripts.
Collaborate with design and subject matter experts to ensure content aligns with brand voice and strategic goals.
Content Distribution:
Build and manage a content distribution plan across owned and earned channels.
Work closely with email and paid media teams to repurpose and amplify content.
Identify and pursue guest posting, backlinking, and syndication opportunities.
Organic Social Media:
Own and execute the strategy for our organic social media presence (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
Create and schedule content that builds brand awareness, drives traffic, and supports product and campaign launches.
Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and track performance metrics.
Analytics & Optimization:
Set goals and measure the effectiveness of content across channels.
Use performance data to continuously optimize content and inform strategy.
Present monthly and quarterly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
ADVANCED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in Education or Education Technology highly preferred
Communication skills to clearly articulate findings within the marketing team and with other departments to drive impact throughout the organization
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Equipment: This position requires reliable home internet that can support video calls on Google Meet and Zoom and a quiet, professional place to deliver remote professional development.
WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be willing to travel:
Travel is required and considered an essential function of the job. Travel includes overnight stays at hotels and transportation via car, plane, and/or public transportation. Driving in small and large cities is required. All travel-related expenses for professional development delivery are initially paid in advance by the Instructional Coach (eg, lodging, daily meals). Reimbursements for these expenses - including mileage if driving your own car and compensation for time traveling - will be processed 2–3 weeks following submission of the expense reimbursement requests.
