Growth & Customer Success Manager (Dubai, UAE)

Rentify is transforming the rental experience in Dubai through technology, finance, and simplicity. Our platform enables tenants and landlords to sign rental agreements digitally, pay rent monthly, and earn rewards — all within one seamless ecosystem. We are now looking for a Growth & Customer Success Manager who will lead customer engagement, retention, and growth initiatives. This is a strategic, hands-on role that blends customer success with business growth — ideal for someone with fintech experience and a strong understanding of digital customer journeys.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Success Leadership

  • Manage and scale Rentify’s customer success function, ensuring every tenant and landlord enjoys a consistent, high-quality experience.
  • Oversee onboarding, activation, and lifecycle engagement for both RNPL and non-RNPL customers.
  • Lead and train a small team of Customer Success Executives and Outreach Associates.
  • Build strong relationships with high-value landlords and tenants, ensuring renewals and positive referrals.
  • Oversee all inbound and outbound customer communication — including call operations, WhatsApp, and email.

Growth & Retention

  • Analyse customer data and usage trends to identify churn risks and upsell opportunities.
  • Design and execute customer engagement campaigns (email, in-app, SMS, WhatsApp) to drive adoption and retention.
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to deliver fintech-specific offerings — including Rent Now Pay Later (RNPL), co-branded cards, and embedded finance tools.
  • Collaborate with financial partners (banks, NBFCs, payment providers) to improve customer finance journeys and drive product uptake.
  • Develop loyalty and referral programs that increase customer lifetime value.

Operational Excellence

  • Build feedback loops from customer data to product development, ensuring Rentify remains user-driven.
  • Create and maintain SOPs, FAQs, and internal knowledge bases (Notion / CRM).
  • Develop dashboards for tracking success metrics (CSAT, NPS, churn, activation rate, monthly payment adoption).
  • Report performance insights to leadership and recommend actions for improving customer retention and growth.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Growth, or Account Management within a Fintech, Proptech, or Consumer Tech company.
  • Proven experience managing customer-facing teams or lifecycle engagement programs.
  • Strong understanding of digital financial products (BNPL, wallets, credit cards, or embedded finance).
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Notion, or similar) and strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute fast in a startup environment.
  • Fluency in English required; Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is an advantage.
