Compensation: Up to USD 400 to 600 (112,000 PKR to 168,000 PKR) per month (based on ability to meet performance targets)

We are a fast-growing analytics and insight platform helping organisations go beyond dashboards to deeply understand human behaviour, motivation, and experience.

We are looking to work with a serious growth operator or growth agency that can independently own and execute LinkedIn automation, SEO, backlink acquisition, and content production with accountability and measurable results.

This is a performance-driven role, not a learning opportunity.

Role Overview

You will be fully responsible for driving inbound and outbound growth through LinkedIn automation, SEO, backlinks, and content.
This role is KPI-driven, not task-based.

You are expected to already operate at scale and bring your own tools, systems, and processes.

Important Requirements (Read Carefully)

This role is only suitable for professionals or agencies who already have their own infrastructure.

You must already have:

• Active LinkedIn profiles used for outreach
• Paid access to LinkedIn automation tools (Expandi, Dripify, HeyReach, or similar)
• LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog
• Your own outreach workflows and systems
• Content creation and publishing capability

We do NOT provide:

• LinkedIn profiles
• Automation tools or software
• Tool subscriptions
• Infrastructure
• Training

Monthly Performance Deliverables (Non-Negotiable)LinkedIn Automation & Lead Generation

You must deliver the following per month:

• 12,000 LinkedIn connection requests
• 3,200 InMails
• 160 Sales-Qualified Leads (SQLs)
• 80 booked discovery calls

Responsibilities include:

• Building and scaling automated outreach sequences
• Proper IP warming and account health management
• Handling replies and qualifying leads
• Booking calls directly to calendar
• Maintaining LinkedIn compliance and safety

SEO, Backlinks & Content

You will deliver per month:

• 500 backlinks (minimum 80% do-follow)
• 16 long-form, SEO-optimised blog articles
• 16 guest posts on DA70+ websites
• 4 original case studies

You are responsible for:

• Outreach and placement
• Content quality and relevance
• Anchor text strategy
• Tracking link quality and performance

Technical SEO & Reporting

You will:

• Resolve 40+ technical SEO issues per month
• Improve Core Web Vitals on priority pages
• Maintain performance dashboards covering:
• Keyword rankings
• Backlinks
• Traffic growth
• Conversions

Reporting expectations:

• Weekly progress reports
• Monthly KPI breakdowns
• Transparent and verifiable performance tracking

Content & Social Publishing

You will:

• Publish weekly LinkedIn posts
• Maintain consistent blog and article output

Required Tool Stack (Must Already Be Owned)

• Expandi, Dripify, HeyReach, or similar LinkedIn automation tool
• LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Ahrefs or SEMrush
• Screaming Frog
• Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console (GSC)

You Are a Good Fit If You:

• Have proven B2B or SaaS growth experience
• Already run LinkedIn automation at scale
• Have strong SEO and guest posting expertise
• Clearly understand backlink quality and impact
• Can manage KPIs without supervision
• Communicate clearly in fluent English
• Are comfortable with performance targets
• Operate with a growth-owner mindset

This Role Is Not a Fit If You:

• Are still learning LinkedIn automation or SEO
• Need tools or profiles provided
• Only work on an hourly basis
• Avoid metrics and accountability
• Cannot prove past results
• Cannot execute and report independently

Interview Process (Important)

Shortlisted candidates will be required to:

• Provide live proof of access to required tools during the interview
• Walk through past dashboards, campaigns, and results
• Explain exact workflows and execution strategies
• Answer performance-based scenario questions

Agencies must be able to show:

• Active tools
• Real client results
• Team structure and execution ownership
