Superside is seeking a dynamic and experienced Enterprise Growth Director to lead expansion initiatives and drive exponential revenue growth within our top-tier enterprise accounts.
Reporting into our Head of Growth, this strategic role is essential to scaling our business by maximizing growth opportunities across established Tier 3 enterprise customers while growing, coaching, and leading a team responsible for boots on the ground selling.
Working in close collaboration with the Enterprise Customer Success, Solution Strategist and Client Service teams, the Enterprise Growth Director will be instrumental in securing long-term, high-value relationships with some of the world's largest brands.

What you'll do:

    • Own the enterprise expansion strategy for Tier 3 customers, operationalizing account plans that drive revenue growth and deepen engagement.
    • Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals, fostering curiosity, ownership, and measurable outcomes.
    • Build relationships with senior executives and procurement leaders to position Superside as a long-term creative partner and stay ahead of RFP cycles.
    • Collaborate with Customer Success to align on account health, retention, and upsell plans rooted in strong delivery and customer trust.
    • Develop ROI-driven business cases that clearly show the operational and creative value of Superside’s model.
    • Partner with Marketing and Product to run targeted growth initiatives that expand Superside’s presence within key accounts.
    • Lead commercial negotiations for all expansion deals, aligning Superside’s value with customer objectives to secure scalable agreements.
    • Track and report progress through disciplined CRM and pipeline management in Salesforce, ensuring visibility into growth performance and future opportunities.
    • Forecast, measure, and communicate progress through rigorous CRM and pipeline management (Salesforce), maintaining exceptional visibility into growth performance and future opportunities.

What you'll need to succeed:

    • Extensive experience (6+ years) leading enterprise-level sales, account growth, or strategic partnerships within creative, marketing, or tech-enabled service organizations.
    • Proven track record driving transformational revenue growth within complex global accounts, ideally across North America or other major enterprise markets.
    • Deep understanding of enterprise structures, procurement dynamics, and how large organizations onboard and scale creative vendors.
    • Strong leadership experience, including coaching and developing sales teams to achieve ambitious goals while maintaining cultural alignment.
    • Executive presence and storytelling ability to engage C-suite stakeholders and translate creative capability into commercial impact.
    • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify whitespace, model long-term account growth potential, and build actionable roadmaps.
    • High cross-functional fluency with experience collaborating with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to deliver unified growth outcomes.
    • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), with strong pipeline discipline, forecasting accuracy, and data-driven decision-making.
    • Curiosity about how AI, automation, and data are reshaping creative operations.
