We’re looking for a
Growth Engineer
to lead the development and execution of high-impact initiatives across
B2B and B2B2C
network ecosystems, as well as our
B2C channels
. This role blends product thinking, data fluency, and technical experimentation to unlock scalable growth opportunities — from partner-driven ecosystems (B2B/B2B2C) to digital journeys (B2C) — through data, experimentation, and automation.
Qualifications:

4+ years in a Growth Engineering, Growth Analytics role with
experience in creating high performing multidimensional growth
strategies in B2B, B2B2C, B2C contexts.

Deep understanding of
network-based growth models
, referral mechanics, and partner/channel dynamics

Highly analytical
thinker with hands-on experience with
SQL, data visualization

Job Description:
Define the Growth Roadmap Across B2B, B2B2C, B2C Channels

Identify and prioritize growth opportunities by leveraging partner networks, ecosystems, and affinity models. Apply growth topologies (e.g., acquisition, activation, retention) to structure scalable initiatives.
Lead Execution & Delivery

Drive the end-to-end implementation of growth programs—from MVP to rollout—working cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams. Use data-driven iteration cycles to deliver measurable business impact.
Turn Network Data Into Growth Loops

Analyze partner, supplier, and customer data to identify high-leverage growth loops and sales motions across the B2B2C funnel. Build and refine scalable acquisition and engagement engines. Develop automated dashboards and insights pipelines to connect ecosystem data with growth KPIs.
Build and Test Experiments

Rapidly prototype experiments to validate new distribution channels, referral mechanics, and co-branded value propositions with partners. Measure and interpret experiment performance using behavioral and funnel analytics.
Optimize the Partner Experience

Collaborate with commercial and product teams to improve the UX, integration paths, and monetization potential of partner-facing and partner-enabled journeys. Leverage digital tools and automation to enhance engagement, streamline processes, and create scalable digital customer experiences.
