  • Age limit:20 to 29.
  • Strategy Development: Create and execute data-driven strategies to acquire new customers, increase user engagement, and improve customer retention.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research, analyze market trends, and monitor competitor activities to identify new opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
  • Campaign Optimization: Design, implement, and optimize marketing campaigns across various digital channels (e.g., SEO, SEM, email, social media) to maximize ROI and customer acquisition.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and engineering teams to ensure growth initiatives are aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Performance Monitoring: Set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), track campaign performance, analyze data, and report on the effectiveness of growth initiatives.
  • Experimentation: Design and run A/B tests and growth experiments to optimize user funnels, landing pages, and pricing.
