Job Summary

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Growth Executive to help expand our brand presence and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building relationships with educational institutes and businesses, and promoting our services through creative and strategic efforts.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct meetings with potential clients, including schools, colleges, and educational institutions, to present and explain company service packages.
• Represent the brand with a professional, dynamic, and positive attitude at all times.
• Use effective communication skills to promote brand awareness and strengthen client relationships.
• Execute bulk WhatsApp, SMS, and email marketing campaigns to engage potential leads.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve growth targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and campaign success.
• Travel as required for client visits, presentations, and meetings.
• Maintain records of client interactions, feedback, and follow-ups.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Confident personality with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
