We are looking for a Growth Executive to join our team at PHPTRAVELS.

Position: Growth Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify growth opportunities for the company (users, revenue, and market expansion)
• Plan and execute growth strategies across sales, marketing, and product
• Analyze data to improve conversion rates and customer acquisition
• Run experiments (A/B testing, campaigns, funnels optimization)
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams
• Optimize customer journey and retention strategies
• Track KPIs and prepare performance reports

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Growth / Marketing / Business Development
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of funnels, conversions, and digital growth strategies
• Experience with SaaS or tech companies is a plus
• Data-driven mindset with good communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
