Responsibilities:

Execute growth hacking strategies to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue (UAARR framework) across mobile apps.

Design and run data-driven growth experiments, including A/B testing and in-app optimization, to improve key performance metrics.

Identify and test new organic user acquisition channels such as advanced App Store Optimization (ASO), SEO-driven web-to-app funnels, and unpaid/barter influencer partnerships.

Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to align growth initiatives with campaigns and feature releases.

Analyze user behavior and funnel performance using analytics tools and frameworks (e.g., HEART framework) to optimize conversion rates.

Support the execution of growth-focused campaigns in collaboration with designers and marketing specialists.

Conduct competitor analysis and monitor market trends to identify new growth opportunities.

Create and optimize organic marketing content, including viral short-form videos (TikTok, Reels) and User-Generated Content (UGC) to drive zero-CAC acquisition.

Design and implement viral loops and in-app referral programs to incentivize existing users to invite friends (e.g., share to unlock features).

Hands-on experience with ASO tools like Mobile Action

Stay updated with the latest mobile growth hacking trends, tools, and technologies.
Requirements:

3–5+ years of experience in mobile app marketing or growth hacking.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.

Proven track record of scaling B2C mobile apps organically.

Strong understanding of user acquisition strategies and growth methodologies.

Hands-on experience with A/B testing, user analytics, and mobile measurement tools (e.g., AppsFlyer, Firebase).

Familiarity with growth frameworks such as HEART or similar.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing and product teams.
