Growth Intern

Job Description:

We are looking for intern for our growth team to manage a large-scale social media project in each major regional language (Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi) and ensure the execution of growth strategies for different audiences. You’ll be closely working with content creators, video editors, and marketing teams

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing, implementing & Tracking the progress growth strategies.
• Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives & report the numbers.
• Track the progress of growth initiatives by analyzing & Backtracking metrics like video performance, engagement rates, user acquisition, and audience retention.
• Manage content calendars for each regional language, coordinating with marketing and sales teams to optimize campaigns.
• Help manage and set up ad campaigns to drive user acquisition and conversion.
• Negotiate with partners and vendors to unlock new lead sources and channels.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program (e.g., Business, Marketing, Engineering).
• Strong analytical with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive and eager to learn.
