Growth Intern (Business Development)

With over 8 years of experience, we develop intelligent systems using AI agents, machine learning, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to solve complex business problems and deliver measurable outcomes.

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and confident Growth Intern (Business Development) to join our team.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, enjoys connecting with potential clients, and has a basic understanding of digital services and technology solutions.

This role is a great opportunity for individuals who want to build a career in IT sales, client acquisition, and digital transformation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential clients through LinkedIn and freelancing platforms
• Engage with prospects to understand their business needs and project requirements
• Present company services and solutions in a clear and professional manner
• Generate leads and support business development initiatives
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are properly communicated

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• BBA preferred (BS or BCS candidates are also encouraged to apply)
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, etc.)
• Familiarity with LinkedIn for networking and lead generation
• Basic awareness of IT services or software development is a plus

Work Schedule

8-hour workday under a flexible hybrid model:

• 6 hours from the office
• 2 hours work from home
