Role Objectives


The Growth Lead for Retention & Acquisition will play an essential role in shaping the company's growth by developing and executing robust strategies to enhance customer retention, optimize lifecycles, and drive monetization efforts. This role requires a strategic thinker who can leverage data-driven insights, implement growth initiatives, and foster collaboration across teams to build sustainable growth loops.


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Manage loyalty program operations, ensuring measurable increases in user engagement
  • Brainstorm and manage high-value growth initiatives to acquire and retain customers
  • Monitor growth KPIs and translate insights into actions
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and commercial teams to maximize customer value
  • Support retention-relevant performance marketing activities across customer lifecycles
  • Collect and analyze data to make data-driven marketing decisions
  • Create and own retention strategies including engagement strategies & resurrection initiatives
  • Create opportunities to tap into customer monetization potential
  • Use analytics tools to analyze, monitor, and report relevant retention metrics
  • Conduct A/B tests to analyze hypotheses and validate decisions
  • Establish effective relationships across a variety of teams in the company
  • Build growth loops to yield company-wide growth


REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS


  • 5-7 years of proven relevant experience in the same field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong ability to analyze data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing market trends
  • Strong time management skills.
