About the Team:

The Fulfilment - Fruits & Vegetables (F&V) Vertical at Ninjacart focuses on the farm-to-retailer supply chain. We procure high-quality, competitively priced produce directly from farmers and ensure timely delivery to retailers' doorsteps. The last-mile distribution is efficiently managed through our Distributor Partners, who operate from strategically located Micro Distribution Centres (MDCs).

As a key stakeholder in the Fulfilment - F&V business at Ninjacart, your primary focus areas will include:

● Driving process improvements across the end-to-end value chain to enhance efficiency, reduce

costs, and ensure service excellence

● Identifying and evaluating growth opportunities across new channels, product categories, and

geographies to expand the business footprint and maximize market potential.


Responsibilities:

● Partner closely with the Functional Head to lead and execute strategic initiatives across the

organization, including external-facing projects

● Leverage on-the-ground data and insights to identify operational and strategic challenges,

uncover root causes, and define clear problem statements

● Translate high-level solutions into a structured roadmap comprising multiple projects. Prioritize

initiatives based on impact vs. effort analysis. Break down projects into detailed, actionable

workstreams

● Define clear approaches for all actionable steps. Design and implement processes that

emphasize accuracy, efficiency, and scalability to ensure long-term success

● Take end-to-end ownership of productizing solutions. Drive automation where feasible to reduce

manual intervention and improve scalability. Act as the Product Owner for internal tools and

process improvements

● Establish robust monitoring mechanisms to track KPIs and success metrics. Regularly review

outcomes, ident


Requirements:

● 0–2 years of relevant work experience; internships, entrepreneurial ventures, or high-impact

college projects are a plus

● BE/B.Tech/MBA candidates preferred, with a strong academic track record

● Demonstrates startup DNA — proactive, adaptable, resilient, and thrives in fast-paced,

ambiguous environments. Brings a strong sense of ownership and urgency to tasks

● Ability to break down complex problems using data and structured thinking. Comfortable

navigating through both quantitative and qualitative inputs

● Willingness to “deep hustle” and get hands dirty to drive outcomes. Hands-on approach to

problem-solving with a bias toward action

● Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Confidently engages with cross-functional teams

and senior stakeholders to drive alignment and results

● Makes sound, data-backed decisions. Open to feedback and constantly iterates to arrive at the

most optimal solutions
