Job Summary

The Growth Lead will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies focused on merchant acquisition, transaction growth, activation, retention, and partnerships. The ideal candidate understands fintech, sales funnels, digital growth, partnerships, and performance-driven execution.

This role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and the ability to build scalable acquisition systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing growth team
• Develop and execute end-to-end growth strategies to increase merchant acquisition and transaction volume
• Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and revenue streams
• Drive initiatives focused on merchant activation, retention, and monetization
• Lead onboarding efforts for SMEs, enterprises, and strategic partners
• Build scalable acquisition channels including direct sales, partnerships, and digital funnels
• Optimize merchant onboarding and activation journeys for higher conversion rates
• Analyze the complete growth funnel from lead generation to retention
• Monitor key business metrics including TPV, CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and churn
• Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to align growth initiatives
• Provide product improvement recommendations based on market and merchant insights
• Develop strategic partnerships with e-commerce platforms, aggregators, fintechs, and businesses
• Drive co-marketing and distribution collaborations to expand market reach

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or relevant field
• 3–6 years of experience in Growth, Business Development, Sales, or Fintech
• Strong understanding of merchant acquisition and digital payment ecosystems
• Experience managing teams and achieving growth targets
• Analytical mindset with strong reporting and performance tracking skills

Pay: Rs130,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
