Work Model: Hybrid (depending on location)

Experience Required: 2–5+ years in growth, marketing, or revenue-focused roles in IT services, SaaS, or tech consulting companies.

ROLE PURPOSE

The Growth Specialist will own and scale Aegasis Labs’ sales and marketing engine. This includes pipeline growth, inbound + outbound campaigns, performance marketing, content strategy, partnerships, and revenue optimization. The ideal candidate deeply understands IT services, AI & engineering solutions, SaaS funnels, and how to implement systems that consistently drive qualified leads.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSales & Pipeline Growth

  • Build and execute a complete end-to-end growth strategy (top of funnel → SQL → closed deals).
  • Design and manage outbound systems: cold email, cold calling, LinkedIn, lead scraping.
  • Optimize targeting for decision makers (CTOs, CEOs, Product Managers, Founders).
  • Build scalable outbound campaigns aligned with ICPs for AI, ML, SaaS & engineering services.

Marketing Leadership

  • Own the full marketing roadmap: messaging, positioning, branding, content.
  • Develop and manage SEO, social media, email marketing, and paid media campaigns.
  • Lead website optimization and CRO initiatives to increase demo requests.
  • Create compelling case studies, landing pages, and digital assets.

Content & Community

  • Build thought-leadership content (LinkedIn, X, blog, newsletter).
  • Develop social media systems focused on founders, tech leaders & AI community.
  • Manage influencer partnerships, forums, niche groups & communities.

Analytics, Systems & Automation

  • Use data to track growth performance across channels.
  • Build automated workflows using HubSpot, Apollo, GoHighLevel, Zapier, etc.
  • Implement dashboards to monitor KPIs weekly, monthly, and quarterly.

Partnerships & Expansion

  • Identify and close partnerships with agencies, consultants, and corporate alliances.
  • Explore and validate new service lines, geographies, and revenue opportunities.

KPIs

  • SQLs per week: 10+
  • Pipeline value growth: Monthly increase
  • Website demo conversion rate
  • Lead-to-SQL conversion %
  • Organic traffic & ranking growth
  • Cost per lead & cost per acquisition
  • Revenue contribution from growth initiatives

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Proven experience scaling IT services, SaaS, or software companies.
  • Deep understanding of B2B funnels, outbound systems & demand generation.
  • Strong analytical background with tools: GA4, Search Console, HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Excellent copywriting and messaging skills.
  • Strong understanding of AI services, ML engineering, CV, NLP — preferably experience marketing tech products.
  • Hands-on ability to execute strategy (not just manage).
  • Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently.
