Mentra is an AI-powered mental wellness platform making mental health support accessible, affordable, and stigma-free. We combine AI therapy with human support to help users navigate real-life emotional challenges.

We’re at an early stage and looking for someone to build and own our growth engine from the ground up.

Role Overview

This is not a typical marketing role. We’re looking for a growth operator who thinks like a founder — someone who can design strategy, run experiments, and execute across channels to drive meaningful user growth.

You will own how Mentra acquires, engages, and retains users.

What You’ll Do

Design and execute Mentra’s growth strategy from 0 → scale

Build organic and creator-led growth engines (TikTok, Instagram, communities)

Develop and manage creator/influencer partnerships

Launch and scale student ambassador and university programs

Drive product-led growth (onboarding, retention, referral loops)

Run growth experiments across acquisition, activation, and retention

Build and optimize paid acquisition campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok)

Develop corporate wellness partnerships (B2B)

Set up and track key metrics (CAC, retention, LTV, conversion)

What We’re Looking For

3–6 years experience in growth, product growth, or startup roles

Proven experience scaling consumer apps or digital products

Strong understanding of growth funnels, retention, and user behavior

Experience with creator/influencer growth or community-led growth

Hands-on with experimentation, analytics, and iteration

Ability to operate in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
