About the Role

Advanturalabs is looking for a motivated and confident Business Development Intern to help grow our presence on freelancing platforms including Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, PeoplePerHour, and other international marketplaces.

This opportunity is designed for individuals who want to build a long-term career in business development and sales. Successful candidates may be offered a permanent position based on performance during the internship period.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence in client interaction, and the ability to identify and convert potential clients through professional bidding and lead generation activities.

Responsibilities

  • Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and similar platforms
  • Write customised proposals and submit bids professionally
  • Communicate with international clients through chat and meetings
  • Follow up with potential clients and maintain relationships
  • Coordinate with internal teams regarding project requirements
  • Maintain proposal and lead records
  • Assist in profile optimisation and growth strategies for freelancing platforms
  • Achieve assigned sales and lead generation targets

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (ongoing or completed) in BBA, Marketing, IT, CS, or related field
  • Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Basic understanding of Upwork, Fiverr, and freelancing marketplaces
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets
