Who We’re Looking For:

You’re a dynamic, results-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced environments. You bring creativity, analytical thinking, and deep empathy for customers. You understand Morocco’s unique financial landscape and are passionate about helping people access stable, secure, and innovative financial solutions.

As Growth Lead, you will:

• Develop and execute a data-driven country strategy to establish nsave as a trusted name among Moroccan users.
• Build and nurture local communities of users, advocates, and partners who believe in nsave’s mission.
• Partner with universities, NGOs, and financial literacy programs to increase awareness and accessibility of fintech solutions.
• Lead user acquisition and engagement initiatives, including social campaigns, influencer collaborations, and referral programs.
• Continuously optimize retention, ROI, and conversion funnels through data-driven experimentation.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and tech teams to localize offerings and improve user experience.
• Analyze performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager, turning insights into actionable strategies.
• Conduct market and competitor research, offering recommendations to strengthen nsave’s presence in Morocco.
Report key KPIs and growth insights to global stakeholders.
