Growth Manager
Sisal Sans, established in partnership with Sisal S.p.A and Demirören Holding, is an organization that provides services in both the retail and digital sectors, authorized to carry out the games of chance in Turkey for 10 years in 2020.
We are looking for a Growth Manager for our company, leading in Turkish gaming industry. The position reports to the Head of Digital Awareness, Acquisition& Partnership .

Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and execute targeted campaigns to increase membership sign-ups and convert new users into active, paying members through optimized onboarding experiences.

Design and manage segment-specific onboarding flows, messaging cadences, and lifecycle programs tailored to user behavior and needs.

Identify friction points and conversion gaps in the onboarding funnel and implement data-driven initiatives to improve activation rates and first-time deposits.

Collaborate with digital media agencies to develop audience-specific messaging strategies that support acquisition and activation goals.

Align closely with internal teams including campaign management, creative, and awareness to ensure consistency in user communication across all touchpoints.

Create and launch lifecycle campaigns that drive user engagement, repeat activity, and long-term retention.

Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, website traffic, segment engagement, and conversion metrics, delivering actionable insights to optimize future strategies.

Conduct A/B tests and experiments to evaluate messaging effectiveness and improve onboarding and activation performance.

Identify and build strategic partnerships that contribute to user acquisition and engagement objectives.

Develop and manage co-marketing campaigns with selected partners to reach new audiences and increase the value provided to existing users.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum
10 years of professional experience
in digital marketing, growth, CRM/lifecycle marketing, or related roles—preferably in subscription-based services, e-commerce, gaming, or fintech industries.

Proven track record in user acquisition, onboarding strategy design, segmentation, and early-stage conversion optimization.

Experience working closely with digital media agencies, including briefing, performance tracking, and optimization of paid campaigns.

Hands-on expertise with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Power BI, or similar.

Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation platforms

Strong data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies and measurable improvements.

Excellent project management and organizational skills; ability to lead initiatives across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Collaborative and proactive communicator, capable of working effectively with internal teams and external partners.
