Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and optimize paid UA campaigns across key channels (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Unity Ads, etc.)
-
Monitor performance KPIs (ROAS, CPI, LTV, retention, ARPU) and iterate quickly based on real-time data
-
Develop and maintain predictive models for forecasting spend, revenue, and user LTV
-
Perform deep-dive analyses to identify performance drivers and optimization opportunities
-
Collaborate with product and live ops teams to align UA strategy with game updates and content calendars
-
Manage partner relationships with ad networks and MMPs
-
Stay ahead of UA trends, platform changes, and new growth channels
Requirements
-
2+ years of hands-on experience in performance/growth marketing, ideally in the mobile gaming
-
Proven track record of managing large-scale UA budgets and achieving performance targets
-
Experience in data analysis, forecasting, and campaign optimization
-
Experience in testing, finding and scaling high-performing ad creatives
-
Deep understanding of key UA and monetization metrics (ROAS, LTV, CPI, retention curves)
-
Ability to build and interpret forecasting models and cohort analyses

Collaborative mindset with experience working across product, analytics, and creative teams
