Key Responsibilities include:

Own & Scale Growth Playbook:
Design, test, and scale onboarding and engagement strategies tailored to different student cohorts across top engineering colleges.

Lead High-Performing Teams:
Manage and mentor a team of 8â12 junior growth managers, campus ambassadors, and interns. Drive execution with clear KPIs, process hygiene, and reporting discipline.

Drive Full-Funnel Outcomes:
Own the entire student journey â from first touchpoint to engagement, certification, and internship/job conversions. Ensure measurable impact on skill outcomes and placements.

Data-Driven Iteration:
Monitor performance and student behavior; use data and on-ground insights to continuously optimize strategies for onboarding, retention, and conversions.

Plan & Execute Lead Gen + Engagement Activities:
Conceptualize, plan, and lead end-to-end execution of high-impact lead generation and engagement campaigns â both online (e.g., live sessions, contests, community challenges) and on-campus (e.g., club partnerships, hackathons, speaker sessions).

Onboard mentors and industry experts
for live sessions, workshops, and 1:1 mentoring to enrich student learning and career prep.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Product, Tech, Marketing, and Content teams to deliver a seamless and inspiring user experience.
