About the Role

We are looking for a Growth Lead who can drive measurable business outcomes by owning key revenue and growth metrics — including new user acquisition, retention, and CAC efficiency . The ideal candidate brings a strong analytical mindset, hands-on experience in high-growth environments (preferably startups), and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Product, Tech, Marketing, and Operations.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s growth roadmap, using data-driven insights to design and execute strategies that accelerate user and revenue growth across channels.



Key Responsibilities


  • Own and deliver on growth KPIs such as acquisition, retention, engagement, and CAC.


  • Identify, experiment, and scale growth levers across channels — digital, app, offline, CRM, and partnerships.


  • Work closely with Product and Tech teams to build and optimise funnels, journeys, and conversion rates.


  • Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to execute campaigns that drive measurable impact on business metrics.


  • Use data and analytics to understand user behaviour, track performance, and inform decision-making.


  • Drive cross-functional initiatives , ensuring alignment between teams for growth objectives.


  • Champion a test-and-learn culture through rapid experimentation and iteration.


  • Take ownership of revenue or key growth metrics and report progress regularly to leadership.


  • Navigate ambiguity and prioritise effectively to achieve high-impact outcomes.




Preferred Background


  • 5 - 7 years of experience in growth, marketing, or business strategy roles.


  • Prior experience in startups , preferably in D2C, subscription-based, or omni-channel businesses.


  • Strong expertise in at least one core area such as:


  • Data & Analytics


  • CRM & Retention


  • Digital Marketing


  • Pricing & Monetisation


  • Offline Sales or App Growth


  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority.


  • Proven track record of taking ownership and delivering measurable growth outcomes.
