. The role blends brand strategy, performance marketing, CRM, and on-ground growth execution to establish GSM as the most trusted and sustainable mobility platform in UAE.
Key Responsibilities

Lead
growth strategy and execution
for India across both riders (demand) and drivers (supply).

Drive
user acquisition, activation, and retention
through data-driven campaigns and experiments.

Oversee
driver recruitment and engagement marketing
, ensuring strong onboarding and retention.

Develop and localize
brand positioning and communications
that build trust and differentiation.

Manage
multi-channel performance marketing
and optimize CAC–LTV efficiency.

Build and lead a
high-performing local growth team
and manage budgets effectively.

Collaborate cross-functionally with
Operations, Product, and Global Growth
to align priorities and scale impact.
Qualifications & Experience
-
At least 8 years of experience in
growth, marketing, or user acquisition
roles; at least 3 years in leadership.

Proven success in
scaling two-sided platforms
(ride-hailing, delivery, marketplace, or fintech).

Strong command of
digital growth tools, analytics platforms
, and funnel optimization.

Track record of
market launch or rapid scale-up
in India preferred.

MBA or equivalent preferred.
