Role Context:
BeatO has strong product-market fit and is now in the scale phase. The focus is not just on growth, but on profitable, efficient, and sustainable growth.
We are looking for someone who thinks like a business owner, not just a campaign manager. This role is about owning revenue impact, optimizing acquisition efficiency, and scaling marketplaces and performance channels in a structured, data-driven way.

Requirements:
What You’ll Own:
1. Business Growth Ownership:
  • Drive revenue impact across performance and marketplace channels.
  • Own CAC, ROAS, and contribution margins.
  • Identify high-impact levers across acquisition, activation, and repeat purchase.
  • Think in terms of LTV vs CAC and channel profitability.
  • Align growth initiatives with overall business objectives.
2. Marketplace Growth (Amazon, Flipkart & Others):
  • Scale BeatO’s presence across key marketplaces.
  • Improve category ranking, conversion rate, and visibility.
  • Optimize listings, pricing strategy, offers, and reviews.
  • Manage marketplace ad spends and promotional calendars.
  • Work closely with marketplace account managers to unlock growth opportunities.
3. Performance Marketing (Meta & Google – Core Focus):
  • Own and scale Meta and Google campaigns end-to-end.
  • Strong understanding of campaign structures, attribution, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation.
  • Drive blended CAC reduction while scaling volume.
  • Lead creative testing in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Optimize landing pages and funnel performance.
4. Analytics & Experimentation:
  • Track performance daily across key metrics and cohorts.
  • Build structured experimentation frameworks.
  • Identify funnel drop-offs and conversion gaps.
  • Translate data into actionable growth strategies.
  • Drive decision-making based on metrics, not assumptions.
5. Partner & Platform Management:
  • Manage relationships with Google POCs, Meta reps, and marketplace account managers.
  • Leverage platform insights, beta access, and co-marketing opportunities.
  • Push partners strategically to unlock incremental scale.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Analytics, Supply, and Creative teams.
Ideal Candidate:
  • 3–6 years of experience in growth or performance marketing roles.
  • Hands-on experience scaling Meta and Google budgets at meaningful levels.
  • Strong understanding of marketplace growth dynamics.
  • Highly analytical with strong command over Excel/Sheets and reporting tools.
  • Comfortable owning revenue targets and channel P&L.
  • Bias for action with strong execution capability.

  • Improved CAC while scaling acquisition volume.
  • Marketplace revenue growth with stronger category positioning.
  • Clear experimentation cadence and measurable performance improvements.
