Role Description


This is a full-time, on-site role for a Growth Manager, based in Riyadh. The Growth Manager will oversee strategic planning and execution of initiatives to expand the user base and drive engagement. Key responsibilities include analyzing market trends, developing growth strategies, managing sales projects, and collaborating across teams to achieve business objectives. The role requires a proactive, results-oriented individual with the ability to identify growth opportunities and drive performance.


Qualifications


We’re looking for a well-rounded profile who can own performance and growth end-to-end:

• Strong hands-on experience in Paid Media (Meta, Google, etc.) with a clear understanding of scaling and optimization

• Solid analytical mindset, able to track, interpret, and act on key growth metrics

• Ability to translate data into insights and actionable strategies

• Strong content sense — able to write and refine high-converting copy

• Good business acumen — understands market dynamics, customer behavior, and growth levers

• Comfortable working cross-functionally and driving execution in a fast-paced environment


Nice to have

• Experience in real estate, investment platforms, or fintech

• Background in Marketing, Business, or Analytics
