The Role
As Growth Manager, you will architect Esqyre’s commercial strategy and define how a luxury brand acquires and retains the top 1%. You’ll play a pivotal part in establishing our market leadership in Dubai by leading the commercial engine across B2B Sales, Partnerships, and Performance Marketing.
What You’ll Do
Architect the Revenue Engine
- Own the company’s top-line growth strategy targeting corporate clients and HNWIs
- Build and continuously optimize methods for acquisition, retention, and revenue expansion
Lead and Scale
- Mentor and lead the Creative Content team
- Develop and scale a high-performance commercial team as the business grows
B2B Commercial Execution
- Identify, pitch, and close high-value contracts with Dubai’s top 100 corporations
- Position Esqyre as the exclusive mobility partner for luxury-focused enterprises
Orchestrate Performance Marketing
- Manage paid media budgets across Social and Search (Meta/Google)
- Optimize campaigns for maximum Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI)
Forge Strategic Alliances
- Negotiate exclusive partnerships with luxury concierges, private banks, and wealth managers
Brand Guardianship
- Direct the evolution of both the visual and narrative brand strategy
- Ensure all client-facing content and experiences meet uncompromising luxury standards
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in B2B Sales, Growth, or Performance Marketing (luxury, high-growth startup, or mobility sector preferred)
- Proven ability to drive revenue, close enterprise deals, and manage budgets with positive ROI
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities
- Mastery of digital ad platforms (Meta, Google), CRM systems, and analytics tools
- UAE Driving License (mandatory)
- Native or business-professional English (written and spoken)
- Willing to work full-time onsite in Dubai with flexibility for client demands
Preferred
- Experience in luxury mobility, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors
- Arabic fluency
- Existing network/contacts with Dubai’s top 100 corporations or luxury service providers
- Certification in sales or performance marketing
