Job Responsibilities:
Design and own the overall growth strategy, defining key initiatives for customer engagement, cross-sell/up-sell, and retention.
Build and optimize communication streams (SMS, push notifications, in-app messages, email) across the entire customer journey, from onboarding to win-back campaigns.
Identify and execute data-driven initiatives to introduce customers to relevant products and maximize revenue opportunities.
Develop and implement retention campaigns and proactive interventions to retain at-risk customers
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including customer LTV, conversion rates, product penetration, and campaign ROI. Provide regular reporting and actionable insights to senior management.
Conduct continuous experimentation (A/B and multivariate testing) to improve open rates, click through rates, conversion, and overall engagement.
Partner with Product, Data Science, Customer Service, and Compliance teams to ensure an effective, seamless, and compliant customer experience.
Prepare comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate growth performance, insights, and recommendations to senior management.
Leverage customer feedback, surveys, and behavioral data to inform growth strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors to support growth initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives and compliance standards.
Partner with Product, Customer Service, and Compliance teams to ensure effective, seamless, and compliant customer experience.
Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing growth team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous professional development.
Job Requirments :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field
MBA is a plus
5+ years of experience in Growth, CVM, Lifecycle Marketing or CRM role, preferably within consumer finance, fintech or banking.
Deep analytical skills with expert-level ability in Excel Sheets and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
