Growth Manager (US Equities + AI Agent)

We’re looking for a Growth Manager to own Alva’s content-first, community-driven go-to-market. Website: alva.ai

What You Will Do

• Be active daily in investor/trader communities (X, Discord, Telegram): cultivate Alva’s core community, spark conversations, and co-create playbooks using Alva.
• Drive partnerships with established investing communities, funds, and research institutions to publish content using Alva.
• Design and run creative growth campaigns to drive user acquisitions and engagements.
• Build and publish high-quality content with Alva.
• Own Alva’s social execution end-to-end.

Who You Are

• Deeply fluent in US equities and/or crypto; you speak the language of sophisticated investors/traders.
• Community-native and genuinely enjoys spending time online with community members.
• Strong relationship builder; existing networks in investing communities/institutions are a major plus.
• Strong creator instincts: you turn market ideas into clear frameworks, charts, and shareable playbooks.
• A natural sharer: you love share your ideas and build in public
• Passionate about AI and the financial market.
• High ownership and self-driven

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
