Position Overview

Pacha New York is seeking a Social Media Manager to lead day-to-day social media operations, community engagement, and real-time content coverage across all social platforms. The role is responsible for executing channel strategies that drive audience growth, engagement, and brand visibility while reflecting the energy of the venue’s programming and artist partnerships. This position requires flexibility to support evening, weekend, and event-based schedules aligned with venue operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all Pacha New York social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand voice, visual identity, and messaging.
  
• Plan, schedule, and publish content aligned with marketing campaigns, artist announcements, and event programming.
  
• Capture and create live social content during events, performances, and venue activations.
  
• Monitor and respond to community engagement across platforms, escalating sensitive issues where required.
  
• Collaborate with marketing, PR, artists, creators, and production teams to support campaigns and ticketed events.
  
• Track engagement performance, provide reporting insights, and recommend improvements based on analytics and trends.
  

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in social media, community management, or digital marketing roles.
  
• Strong knowledge of social platforms, engagement strategies, and digital culture.
  
• Excellent written communication skills with strong brand-voice awareness.
  
• Experience working in nightlife, music, entertainment, hospitality, or live-event environments preferred.
  
• Ability to create real-time content and work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and event schedules.
  
• Familiarity with social media analytics, listening, and scheduling tools.

Salary Range: USD 110,000 – 120,000 per year (Final compensation determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity)
