About the Role

We are seeking a talented and innovative professional to join our team.. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering dynamic management presentations and content, leveraging next-generation technologies to drive organizational and business objectives. As a key contributor, you will collaborate closely with Senior Management across the organization, offering a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact while shaping strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Create Engaging Management Content: Design compelling presentations and materials for investor meetings, town halls, executive briefings, and training sessions, aligning with organizational objectives.

• Conduct Research and Gather Insights: Perform user research, analyze feedback, and synthesize insights to inform content design and improve user experiences.

• Enhance User Experience: Develop user flows, journey maps, and interaction designs to optimize engagement and streamline communication.

• Oversee Project Management: Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are completed with high-quality standards.

• Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Continuously monitor emerging UI/UX tools, technologies, and best practices to implement innovative solutions and drive improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Visual/Motion Design, Graphic Design, or related fields.

• Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Figma, Sketch, Canva, or equivalent tools.

• Hands-on experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.

• Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and UI/UX best practices is a strong advantage.

• Background in Financial Services, Big 4 Consulting, or Management Consulting is highly desirable.

• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to apply them effectively to create intuitive, impactful content.

• Exceptional attention to detail combined with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with senior stakeholders.

• Proven ability to translate complex ideas and data into visually engaging, user-friendly formats.

Salary $140-160k plus bonus
