Growth Marketer

We are looking for a full-stack Growth Marketer to join our team and take complete ownership of our marketing function.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute our end-to-end growth strategy
• Own inbound and outbound lead generation
• Manage SEO, content, blogs, and website optimization
• Grow our LinkedIn presence (company + founder branding)
• Create pitch decks, case studies, and sales enablement content
• Run email campaigns, cold outreach, and marketing automations
• Manage paid ads (Google/LinkedIn/Meta)
• Track marketing performance and run weekly experiments

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of growth/marketing experience in IT, SaaS, or AI
• Proven track record of scaling inbound pipeline
• Strong SEO, content creation, and analytics experience
• Hands-on with marketing tools (HubSpot, Apollo, Mailchimp, SEMRush, etc.)
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and own the full marketing function

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
