We are looking for a data-driven, experiment-led Part-Time Growth Marketer to help us identify and scale our most effective customer acquisition and retention channels. Unlike traditional marketing, this role focuses on the entire customer journey—from the first touchpoint to long-term retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Funnel Optimization: Analyze and optimize the "Pirate Funnel" (AARRR) to identify bottlenecks where we are losing potential customers.
  • Rapid Experimentation: Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests across various channels (landing pages, ad copy, email sequences, and product onboarding).
  • Channel Management: Manage and scale 1–2 key growth channels (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Search, LinkedIn Outbound, or Content Marketing) within a set budget.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CAC (Cost Per Acquisition), LTV (Lifetime Value), and Retention Rates using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or HubSpot.
  • Content & Creative Coordination: use tools (like Canva/AI tools) to quickly produce high-converting ad creative and landing page copy.
  • Growth Strategy: Develop a roadmap of growth hypotheses and prioritize them based on the ICE framework (Impact, Confidence, Ease).

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing
  • Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and analytics platforms to draw actionable insights.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with the modern marketing tech stack (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, CRM automation, and A/B testing tools like Optimizely or VWO).
  • Full-Funnel Thinking: Understanding that marketing doesn't end at the "click"—you care about activation and retention.
  • Self-Starter: Since this is a part-time role, you must be highly organized and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
