About the Role

We’re hiring a Growth Marketing Analyst to partner closely with the Demand Generation lead on the operating engine behind paid media, SEO, analytics, and the website.

This role sits at the center of data and growth execution — building real-time dashboards, extracting campaign insights, identifying optimization opportunities, and translating performance data into decisions the business can act on immediately.

SEO will be your primary growth lever, with additional ownership across reporting infrastructure, landing pages, attribution, and tactical website work.

This is a highly cross-functional role working across marketing, content, web, and analytics.


What You’ll Do

Data & Reporting (~40%)

  • Build and maintain real-time dashboards in Looker, Looker Studio, or PowerBI for paid media, SEO, and pipeline performance
  • Extract and structure data via APIs across Google Ads, Meta, GA4, HubSpot, and Semrush using Python
  • Build automated reporting systems for weekly performance reviews, monthly attribution reporting, and quarterly trend analysis
  • Surface optimization opportunities from campaign data, search-term reports, funnel analysis, and conversion performance
  • Build and maintain the single source of truth dashboard for Demand Generation pipeline reporting
  • Translate datasets into clear, actionable recommendations for the marketing team

SEO & Organic Growth (~35% — Primary Growth Lever)

  • Own Edge’s organic search performance end-to-end
  • Conduct keyword research, content gap analysis, and competitor SERP audits
  • Partner with content writers by creating SEO-focused content briefs and scaling blog production
  • Manage on-page SEO including titles, meta descriptions, internal linking, schema markup, and content optimization
  • Run technical SEO audits covering crawlability, site speed, mobile usability, and indexation health
  • Track rankings, organic traffic, and conversion performance against monthly growth targets

Paid Media Support (~15%)

  • Support optimization efforts across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Performance Max campaigns
  • Build and audit conversion tracking infrastructure, GTM tags, and attribution systems
  • Support keyword bidding strategy, negative keyword management, and search-term analysis
  • Set up and analyze A/B tests across creatives, landing pages, and audience segments

Landing Pages & Website (~10%)

  • Build and launch landing pages for new campaigns and acquisition initiatives
  • Run on-page conversion rate optimization (CRO) experiments
  • Make tactical website updates through CMS platforms including Webflow, WordPress, or Next.js environments
  • Coordinate with the web development team on larger structural or technical updates


What You’ll Need

Must-Haves

  • 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, marketing analytics, performance marketing, or a related role
  • Strong Python skills for data extraction, automation, and analysis (pandas, requests, API integrations, light scripting)
  • Proven experience building production-grade dashboards in Looker, Looker Studio, or PowerBI
  • Hands-on SEO experience across keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and content briefing
  • Working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms, including auditing and optimization recommendations
  • Comfort making tactical landing-page and website updates using HTML/CSS and modern CMS platforms
  • Basic understanding of how Next.js or Webflow sites are structured
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to independently interpret datasets and recommend actions
  • Professional-level English communication skills, particularly for B2B environments

Nice to Have

  • Experience in healthcare, B2B SaaS, staffing, or recruiting environments
  • Hands-on experience with Semrush, Ahrefs, or Moz (Semrush preferred)
  • Familiarity with A/B testing platforms such as Optimizely, VWO, or Convert
  • Experience implementing schema markup and structured data
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM, GA4, GTM, and Salesforce
  • Experience editing sites in Webflow, WordPress, or Next.js
  • Working knowledge of SQL for direct database queries
  • Familiarity with content production workflows from briefing through publishing
