We are looking for a visionary Product Manager to take end-to-end ownership of Ödeal Portal , Ödeal’s digital customer channel. This role will be responsible for understanding customer needs, developing digital services that meet those needs, and leading the delivery of banking and payment services through this channel. Working closely with the marketing, product, and technology teams, this position will play a strategic role in Ödeal’s digital transformation and banking partnerships.


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop the product strategy for Ödeal Portal and create the roadmap in line with that strategy
  • Define, prioritize, and deliver payment and banking services to be offered through the Portal
  • Analyze customer needs to design user-friendly, high-value digital experiences
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer management teams to develop tailored digital solutions for different customer segments
  • Work hand in hand with technology and software teams to manage the end-to-end development of new features
  • Track key product performance metrics (usage, satisfaction, conversion rates, etc.) and ensure continuous improvement
  • Continuously update the product vision based on competitive analysis, market trends, and user research
  • Support the end-to-end management of banking services offered through the portal in compliance with regulations


Qualifications


  • 6–8 years of experience in digital product management, digital channel development, or customer experience management
  • Preferably experienced in fintech, banking, payment systems, or technology sectors
  • Strong customer focus, analytical mindset, and strategic thinking ability
  • Experience managing projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Knowledge of UX/UI design, user testing, and digital customer journeys
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across teams
