Growth Marketing Executive

A Growth Marketing Executive responsible for designing, executing, and scaling marketing initiatives to drive Fabric to $1M ARR within 6-8 months. The role involves running multi-channel campaigns, owning content strategy, managing social media presence, and analyzing campaign performance to optimize growth efforts. This position requires a data-driven approach with high autonomy to experiment across different marketing channels.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute growth experiments across multiple channels (content, social media, email, SEO) to drive qualified leads and product sign-ups
  • Own the content engine by writing compelling copy and developing a content strategy that positions Fabric as a thought leader
  • Master social channels by taking ownership of LinkedIn and Twitter presence to grow audience and drive engagement
  • Analyze and optimize campaign performance by tracking key metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rates) to improve marketing effectiveness
  • Collaborate across teams (founders, sales, product) to ensure a cohesive go-to-market strategy and seamless customer journey



Must Have Skills

  • Experience with either Content marketing, copywriting, social media marketing or influencer marketing
  • Data analysis and campaign optimization
