Growth & Marketing Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a full-stack Growth Executive who can handle the entire funnel — from video shooting → editing → posting → lead conversion — and help scale our stock market education & research business.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent & Video

• Shoot educational & promotional videos (mobile / basic camera)
• Edit reels & videos (Instagram / YouTube Shorts)
• Create posters, thumbnails & creatives using Canva
• Write captions, hooks & CTAs for posts

Posting & Growth

• Post & manage Instagram / YouTube content regularly
• Handle DMs & lead responses (with support from Client Support Executive)
• Promote classes, webinars & research services
• Track content performance & optimize strategy

Conversion & Execution

• Convert leads into paid subscribers / class enrollments
• Coordinate with Client Support Executive for follow-ups
• Collect testimonials & proof of performance
• Track leads, conversions & revenue data

Field & Execution

• Coordinate on-ground activities when required
• Handle basic logistics & execution support
• Be flexible for real-world startup work (not desk-only role)

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of stock market / finance
• Reels shooting & editing skills
• Canva & social media tools knowledge
• Confident communication & persuasion skills
• Ownership mindset (end-to-end responsibility)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
