We are looking for a Growth Marketing Intern to join our team and support our outbound and community-driven growth initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is curious, analytical, and eager to learn the ins and outs of B2B marketing and sales.
What you’ll do:
- Conduct market research to identify and segment target companies & industries.
- Support lead generation through research and enrichment.
- Execute cold outreach campaigns (emails, LinkedIn, etc.) to prospects.
- Engage with relevant online communities (LinkedIn, Slack, Reddit, etc.) to build brand presence.
- Assist in planning & coordinating events / webinars to drive awareness.
- Track campaign performance and suggest improvements.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong research and communication skills.
- Interest in growth, sales, or marketing strategy.
- Comfortable with LinkedIn, email platforms, prospecting tools, or willing to learn quickly.
- Fundamental understanding of SEO will be a big plus.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks.
- Business, marketing, or technology background preferred.
Candidate Preferences:
- Students or recent graduates in Business, Marketing, or Technology disciplines.
- Prior experience with lead generation, outreach, or community management is a plus (but not mandatory).
- Passion for startups, B2B SaaS, or digital marketing is highly valued.
- Someone who is data-driven, resourceful, and not afraid to experiment.
