Ethisol Marketing Agency is looking for a Growth Marketing Intern

Join our team and gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, lead generation, and brand growth initiatives. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a strong foundation in marketing.

Responsibilities

• Create, schedule, and publish content across various digital platforms
• Assist with basic graphic design and creative content development
• Support lead generation, outreach, and engagement campaigns
• Help execute social media and digital marketing activities
• Coordinate marketing tasks and campaigns as assigned
• Assist in maintaining brand consistency across marketing channels
• Monitor and report on campaign performance and engagement metrics

Requirements

• Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply; a background in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and content management
• Creative mindset with an eye for design and branding
• Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts and outreach strategies
• Interest in lead generation, customer engagement, and growth marketing
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of content creation, branding, and online marketing fundamentals
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to grow professionally
