We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Lead who can own the full funnel—from acquisition to retention—and turn Finnable into a household name for Indians planning weddings, renovating homes, or navigating unexpected medical expenses. This is not a role for someone who just follows playbooks; it’s for someone who wants to write the playbook for growth in consumer fintech.
What You’ll Own
Growth Engine: Design and build acquisition channels that actually convert—whether digital, partnerships, or community-driven.
Brand Story: Shape a compelling narrative that makes lending feel empowering, not transactional.
Performance Metrics: Own core growth KPIs like CAC, conversion, retention, and lifetime value.
User Advocacy: Turn customers into community advocates who amplify Finnable’s brand.
What You’ll Do
Launch and scale digital campaigns that deliver measurable ROI—not just clicks or impressions.
Craft customer-first messaging that inspires, educates, and builds trust.
Develop analytics frameworks to measure performance, uncover insights, and optimize in real time.
Build retention and lifecycle marketing strategies that deepen relationships and increase repeat usage.
Collaborate with product, design, and operations to ensure marketing aligns with customer experience.
Who You Are
Experienced: 5–8 years in growth, digital marketing, or performance marketing, ideally with experience in consumer fintech or fast-growing consumer brands in India.
Strategic & Hands-On: You can define a long-term growth roadmap and also roll up your sleeves to run campaigns.
Data-Driven & Creative: You balance numbers with storytelling—able to analyze a funnel and also write copy that resonates.
Customer-Centric: You see lending not just as a product but as a way to empower people’s dreams.
Collaborative: Strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
