Job Title: Growth Marketing Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Growth Marketing & Lead Generation Manager to design, build, and optimize our inbound and outbound demand generation engines. This role is pivotal in driving top-of-funnel activity and ensuring a consistent pipeline of qualified leads for our sales team. The ideal candidate combines creative marketing instincts with analytical rigor, has deep experience with performance channels, and can operate across content, automation, and outbound prospecting strategies.
Key Responsibilities

Build and execute inbound marketing programs using content marketing, SEO, paid media, webinars, and lead magnets to attract qualified prospects.

Design and scale outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, intent-based targeting) to reach high-value accounts and generate discovery calls.

Set up and manage marketing automation workflows (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) to nurture leads through the funnel.

Develop clear ICPs and buyer personas in collaboration with sales and product teams.

Manage performance reporting and funnel analytics to track MQL/SQL conversion, CAC, and ROI by channel.

Lead experimentation efforts (A/B tests, landing pages, offers) to continuously improve conversion rates.

Oversee and coordinate SDR/BDR enablement, scripts, outreach cadences, and prospect lists.

Collaborate with content, design, and sales to ensure messaging consistency and campaign alignment.

Manage partnerships with agencies or freelancers for content creation, SEO, or paid media execution if needed.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA a plus).

4–8 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or sales development roles, ideally in a B2B or SaaS company.

Proven track record of designing and scaling lead generation programs with measurable impact on revenue.

Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo).

Strong analytical skills with familiarity in tools like Google Analytics, Looker, or Tableau.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for content and messaging.

Growth mindset, experimentation-driven, and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
Preferred Attributes

Experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) or enterprise sales motion.
