Position Overview:

As Growth Marketing Manager at Boyner, you will play a pivotal role in driving the commercial growth of Boyner.com.tr. Your core focus will be on analyzing daily and hourly sales data to rapidly develop and implement actions that increase customer engagement, conversion rates, and lifetime value, while also leading full-funnel optimization and improving key metrics like Unit Per Transaction (UPT). Leading the growth marketing functions, you will collaborate closely with the CRM, Campaign, Planning, Category, Digital Marketing, and business owner teams to ensure a holistic and impactful strategy. This role is central to achieving our e-commerce targets and requires a strong synergy with strategic partners like Hopi.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic growth marketing initiatives based on real-time sales data, focusing on couponing, campaign management, and on-site CRO tactics.
  • Lead and mentor the growth marketing team, setting clear goals and monitoring performance to drive results.
  • Work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams (CRM, Campaign, Planning, Category, business owners, etc.) to create and implement integrated growth strategies.
  • Utilize Insider, Adjust, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Search Console to analyze the customer journey, conduct A/B tests, and continuously improve the user experience (UX).
  • Partner with the CRM team to develop strategies for customer segmentation, frequency improvement, and loyalty programs.
  • Manage strategic partnerships, including the collaboration with Hopi, to develop and execute segmented growth projects.
  • Analyze and report on the performance (ROI, KPIs) of all marketing channels, ensuring budget optimization and data-driven decision-making.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to proactively identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities.


Qualifications:

  • University degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related analytical field.
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in a growth marketing role, preferably within the e-commerce, retail, or FMCG sectors.


Advanced proficiency with:

  • Marketing automation and push notification platforms (e.g., Insider ).
  • Mobile measurement partners (e.g., Adjust ).
  • Web analytics tools ( Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console ).
  • Proven experience with A/B testing methodologies and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
  • Strong analytical skills with a P&L-oriented mindset and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Deep understanding of CRM metrics such as customer segmentation, lifetime value, and purchase frequency.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • A fast, results-oriented, and problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
