Overview

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing and executing localized marketing campaigns across various channels, both digital and grassroots, to generate qualified leads and enhance brand visibility. This role involves optimizing performance marketing, translating national strategies to local markets, and project managing initiatives from conception to launch. The manager will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors, analyze market performance, and establish scalable best practices to drive local impact and optimize marketing spend.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with local branches to plan and execute localized marketing campaigns that drive qualified leads and increase brand visibility.
  • Manage and optimize performance channels (Google, Meta, YouTube, TV, Lead Ags, etc.), continuously testing audiences, creatives, and offers to improve lead quality and ROAS.
  • Translate national campaigns into local market activations, aligning creative, media, and timing for maximum impact across regions.
  • Serve as project manager for local and regional initiatives, coordinating timelines, creative requests, budgets, and cross-team execution from concept through launch.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to track deliverables, ensure accuracy in reporting, and maintain momentum on all active campaigns.
  • Develop and deploy grassroots marketing strategies (door hangers, yard signs, community sponsorships, referral drives, neighborhood blitzes) to amplify reach beyond digital.
  • Identify and scale successful local marketing experiments, creating playbooks and best practices that can be rolled out system-wide.
  • Report on market-level performance, insights, and learnings to leadership, recommending tactical shifts to optimize spend and local impact.
Requirements:


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, with a strong focus on local and regional campaign execution.
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing performance marketing channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Youtube, etc.) to achieve ROI targets.
  • Experience in project management, coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement both digital and grassroots marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data, generate insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of partnering with local branches and presenting to leadership.
  • Ability to translate national marketing initiatives into effective local market activations.
