RW Infotech is a growing IT company specializing in web development, design, and digital solutions. We’re looking for a result-driven Growth Marketer who can help us scale our presence, attract potential clients, and generate qualified leads that convert into real projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute growth strategies to bring inbound client leads and project inquiries.
  • Optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Google, LinkedIn, Clutch, etc.) to increase visibility and conversions.
  • Conduct A/B tests and performance analysis to identify what drives engagement and sales.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Use analytics tools to track results, measure ROI, and propose improvement plans.
  • Work on organic and paid strategies to improve the company’s online presence and searchability.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in growth marketing or digital marketing, preferably in an IT service company.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns independently.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
